The treatment went well, therapist was very thorough and gentle so I highly rate that portion. Unsure if this was a once off but everyone was running behind schedule and there was no one at reception so the poor staff were running back and forth - not very calming.

Very happy! The facility is nice and clean. The staffs were super nice and attentive. They were also very meticulous. Definitely will come back !

Really nice spa and very friendly staff. Gel removal and re-application great but actual manicure and cuticle work could be better. Same with the pedicure.
