As always, the staff are great; friendly and attentive, and the venue is lovely, clean and relaxing. However, having undertaken a couple of cellulite focused massages before, i'm not yet convinced on the effectiveness of this one. I am using one of their creams also, and again, not really seen any changes. Perhaps i need to have a couple - but i was not advised of this at the venue or advised of any programme/course/packages to help reduce cellulite with them, so uncertain if i will try this particular massage with them again.

This spa is like an Oasis of calm and well being just a minute walk away from busy Oxford Street! Staff is very friendly, professional and provides an immaculate service. This place is a hidden gem!
