The technician was very rough with my nails when pushing back the cuticles. It felt like she was digging into my nail beds. I did mention it was hurting and she stopped doing it so forcefully but then when she came to cut the cuticles, I felt like it was a bit heavy handed. A week after my treatment, my cuticles looked horrible and were really dry. Unfortunately I won’t be returning!

Whilst the venue was clean and nice, I found that the technician was very rough with my nail beds and actually bruised my toe nail! She was pushing and trimming the cuticles really roughly and when I said it was a bit painful she asked when the last time I had a pedicure was (it was approx 5 weeks prior) and she said that was the reason for my cuticles needing more work. A week after my treatment, my cuticles looked horrible and were really dry. Unfortunately I won’t be returning!
