Really beautiful spa and decently priced for a hollywood was. I specifically booked for Sara due to many glowing reviews, however when I got there i was told that someone had booked her which was annoying considering I was not called about this beforehand. In the end I had to go with another therapist who was lovely but spoke like she wanted to get it over with. She also never introduced herself which is weird considering the options of therapists on this salon are based on their names. Nevertheless the wax got all my hairs off (wax is still on me and not cleaned off properly) and the tweezing was really painful.

Lovely salon - clean, welcoming, relaxing and very zen. Loads of time taken to make sure my pedicure was perfect, and received some great advice for both the pedicure and the waxing! Will defo be back
