I'm not normally one to write negative reviews and most of the time just let things go, however after my brazilian today I feel that I have to write one. The place is lovely and clean, the staff are very friendly, however they do need to listen to their clients and remember what each client is after. I booked a brazilian and instead got a hollywood, that was after the therapist confirmed what I wanted to get done. The problem is that this is the second time this has happened. Personally its not a huge deal to me but there may be others who dont want it all off for a specific reason. I appreciate its towards the end of the day and perhaps that therapist has been doing hollywoods all day (which was the case the 2nd time) but that shows a lack of professionalism. As I said the staff are lovely and this is not a dig at any of them, however maybe they could just be a bit more aware of clients' requirements. As this is the 2nd time this happened I dont think I will be going back for a wax, I MAY consider other treatments however.
