Great massage. It was so nice and relaxing. The rooms are very quiet, the bed very comfortable and the therapist was great. Only comment is I wasn’t sure if the therapist really knew medically what is good and bad. It was a pregnancy massage so would have been nice to ensure she’s doing the right things medically. She’s a great experienced masseuse though. Highly recommended for a relaxing massage

I really like going to Lakshmi as this is a quiet place just minutes away from the busy Oxford Street. I think that in terms of the treatment, the nail painting (I went for a signature manicure) could have been neater especially around the nail base.

It really depends on the beautician. The first time I went I was very impressed with the treatment and thought it was worth all the money I payed.
Unfortunately this time I have been looked after a different beautician and the results are not as expected, with many blackheads still on my face and not the clean feeling I had the other time.
