Lovely clean spa and the staff are friendly. This is my second visit and I wanted to go back to get consistency with my eyebrow shape. I would recommend reminding the person how you like having your brows shaped. I didn't do that this time and they are a little thinner than last time. I do feel £12 is expensive as I used to pay £6 at another spa. If it was cheaper I would visit more.

Friendly staff and nice salon. Despite arriving early and salon not busy, massage didn’t start until 15mins after start time so was more like 45mins than 60. Massage was generally good and thorough but, whether through not understanding or mishearing, was not more gentle when I asked on certain areas.
