I had high expectations after my first visit, which was the best I've had so far in London. This however, was a big let down.
The ladies were lovely and polite, the place still had a calm and relaxing environment. But they were short staffed and very delayed. My appointment was 20min late, they didn't have any cleaning wipes (I like make sure I'm as clean as possible before the wax), and halfway through they started rushing. The wax never got to cool down and set properly before they ripped it off which meant they had to redo the same areas 5-6 times because it wasn't picking up the hairs. Some desperate attempt to cool it quicker with a magazine was done with the last 3-4 tries which didn't help. The sweep for stray hairs with a tweezer was also omitted this time.
I'm really hoping it was just a bad day at the facility.

I came back for a second time as the first experience was brilliant. But on this day it let me down as they were understaffed, and thus delayed by 20minutes, and my wax was rushed and not done properly near the end. They were still lovely in that they greeted me and offered a hot beverage while I waited, the ambience was wonderful and they were very polite.
Slight downside is they'd run out of wipes (I come as clean as possible but still like to make sure I clean right before the wax as well). The real issue was halfway through the wax when they started to rush. They didn't wait for the wax to cool down and set properly before taking it off which meant they had to redo the same areas 5-6 times, every time ripping it off before it had time to cool. They were even taking a magazine to frantically fan it the last 3 tries instead of waiting for it to set naturally. Lots of hairs were missed and they didn't do a sweep with the tweezers they did last time.
The first experience was amazing but this one really let me down, and I'm hoping it was just a bad day at the facility.

Really good visit! Loved the treatment - I ended up adding on a Mini Pedicure too :) staff were really lovely + the place was relaxing.
