Therapist was absolutely lovely and the ambience was really calm and inviting. Unfortunately the manicure itself was just a bit messy. My cuticles weren’t cut back properly so there are lots of gaps in the painted finish. She buffed and filed my nails so vigorously my skin was cut at the top of my fingers. Finally the top coat was really old and gloopy so it hasn’t set smooth. Overall a disappointing manicure.

Such a nice experience every time I go. Definitely coming back. The wax was perfect and all the girls look after me making me feel confortabile and extremely relaxed.
