Lakshmi is my go to spa / beautician in London - absolutely love it. Gel manicure/pedicure is always perfect and the waxing treatment is great. Plus the atmosphere is lovely. However, this time round, I noticed the gel manicure was a bit more rushed than usual, and surely enough, the gel polish was slightly uneven and started chipping as I left the spa. Something to take into consideration.
