Quick eyebrow thread. Was okay but didn’t feel the staff member took into account my preferences. Resulted in a very slim overly neat look, which is what I specifically asked NOT to have done. Would still recommend the salon as I have had good bikini waxes here, but would want to encourage staff to listen a little more to customers requests.

Wax was a little patchy and rushed. Wasn’t overall pleased with the result! Was also made to feel slightly embarrassed due to a staff member giving me a hard time about my day to day beauty/hair removal routines. Appreciate advice but staff should learn to be sensitive with the delivery of it!
