I’m sorry to say this was not a good haircut. The layers are chunky and disconnected and my fringe is a disaster, one side longer than the other and chunky sections, no blending or texture. She curled my hair with straightners (including my fringe) and charged me extra £20 for this, it really looked terrible.
Considered going back to complain but I don’t want any further cutting or styling from them.
