I booked a “relaxing massage,” but it was very disappointing. The therapist mostly used elbows and knuckles, which was extremely painful. I told her several times, but the pressure didn’t change. I went in to relax but left in more pain my back, legs, and arms were sore. It felt like I needed another massage to recover. The experience was uncomfortable throughout and not at all what I expected. Not worth £45 and I wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely not a relaxing experience at all.
