I’m sorry to say this was not a good haircut. The layers are chunky and disconnected and my fringe is a disaster, one side longer than the other and chunky sections, no blending or texture. She curled my hair with straightners (including my fringe) and charged me extra £20 for this, it really looked terrible. Considered going back to complain but I don’t want any further cutting or styling from them.

Attentive and welcoming as always, love my cut. Staff member who did my head massage seemed quite new, wasn't the same and didn't have the same relaxing effect it usually does.
