The salon cancelled my appointment and gave me another appointment a week after the one I had wanted for 5pm which is the time the salon closes so when I called before hand to say I was running 5 minutes late for my 2 hr appointment they refused to proceed but said they would give me my deposit but I’ve been made a mug of and keep having to chase my own money. If they do pick up the phone they either just hang up, say they will call later but don’t or lie I’m fed up and all I want is my money back.
