just before my appointment started, once I was directed to the beauty room, Johanna left to help out front and was waiting for 5/10. I have quite sensitive skin and took a while for skin to calm down afterwards. Was red for a few days afterwards.

The waxing rooms definitely need air conditioning or some sort of cooling system as it can get very hot and sweaty, making it hard to wax
