Joanna was very friendly, however my lash lift didn’t take very well and was uneven- one eye noticeably lifted better than the other. Felt like the treatment was quite rushed as I was the last client of the day on a weekend. Also perming solution ended up on my bottom lashes which damaged them and made them frizzy. Other treatments may be better but wouldn’t recommend for a lash lift- I got them redone elsewhere with much much better results.
