When my hair was washed the water was freezing. I asked for the water temperature to be raised and the lady washing my hair said she’d leave the tap running and hoped it would warm up. Minay walked over and without asking turned the tap off and snapped at the lady for leaving it running. I had to endure a second shampoo rinse then a conditioner rinse with freezing water. My cut is ok for the price. But it wasn’t a good experience. The atmosphere in the salon felt very tense.

A regular waxer. The salon wasn’t very clean but that aside the worst wax I’ve ever had. Wax was too cool so hurt when spreading. Was quite painful and I have been waxing for years. She does not tweeze when done and when I went home there was so much hair left and long hairs too! Didn’t do the back either. Would not recommenced.

Friendly atmosphere in this Salon, always guaranteed a good matter and a laugh! Minay is a talented colourist who knows my hair and what I like. Even though I’m no longer local I will still travel back to have Minay do my hair!!
