The lady was lovely but the place itself is a little shabby and underwhelming. I was taken to a room at the back of the salon, very bright lighted, music played from a phone, the lady at the time was looking after her grandchildren I think? Very odd atmosphere. The lashes themselves I had to ask for the inner lashes to be redone as she had done the same length all the way along and it looked incredibly odd... when putting the remover on it was put in my eye several times... I could tell she was losing her patience... a month on now and the lashes have been quite painful, no wonder as some of the lashes had several clusters sitting on one lash!!!!
