Was delighted got an appointment at short notice. Nail room was downstairs a bit cool in temperature and a little lacking in atmosphere. Little touches missing e.g. kitchen roll to rest my hands on instead of a towel. Kara was lovely, she listened to what I wanted and kept checking. I was put quickly at ease and we chatted all the way through. Sadly, overnight the colour has lost it's shine and notice edges missing colour. Hope they last till Christmas!!!!

Shop was cold.
Service was great.
Wish highlights had gone all the way to the root but do like the colour
