Salon itself is nice but lash lady was very clumsy and rough, kept apologizing and having to restick the pads. Poked me in the eye a few times. Not a relaxing experience at all and didn’t fill me with confidence - lift itself is ok though better on one side.

My lashes are quite well lifted but it was not a relaxing experience at all, the therapist was very careless and rough, dropping things and scratching me, very heavy handed
