I specifically asked for the pre-application filing to be done by hand so that as little nail was removed as possible (I have very thin nails). The therapist nodded but proceeded to do the pre-application filing with the machine anyway.
My cuticles were not pushed back at the beginning and as a result the acrylic and polish appear 1-2mm “grown out”.
The tips are also not adhered properly to several of my nails which is visible underneath the nail.
