Had a terrible wax here. I was told the usual waxer was not working so another girl would be doing my wax. She could not pull the wax off properly which was very painful and left me with a terrible result - will not be going back here

Third disappointing experience in a row. I will not be returning. This is such a shame as I have been going here for my nails since it opened. It seems that there are many changes in staff and they do not understand any instruction you give. I asked to keep length & shape. And I ended up coming out with a completely different shape because the therapist cut my nails much shorter than I asked for. Now my two hands are completely different and it will take weeks to fix due to how they were filed.
