Whilst the wax was ok and relatively pain free the overall experience was poor. The technique was not good and very rushed and the atmosphere was awkward - bright lights, no music, no small talk and then you’re practically shoved off the bed at the end and she starts cleaning the room whilst you’re still getting dressed. I go for waxes every month and this is one of the poorer experiences I’ve had.

I had a great first experience at Lady J nail and beauty salon. Staff were friendly and very good at the gel pedicure as well as a lovely foot massage to finish. Highly recommend
