I didn’t feel valued at Lady J Nail & Beauty. When I mentioned my shellac allergy, the staff made it feel like an inconvenience and pushed for a pricier option. The vibe was uncomfortable, like they were doing me a favour. My nails looked okay and the pedicure was nice, but the service lacked warmth. I’ve had better service elsewhere for less, so I wouldn’t return.
