I find the lady at reception to be unfriendly and dismissive. She told me today that my appointment was booked for a later time, which I knew it wasn’t, and after checking my email I saw that she had rescheduled my appt on the spot because the salon was busy and blamed me for booking it later. The staff also chat about the clients in a different language which makes one feel pretty uncomfortable.
