I arrived late for my appointment and really appreciated that they still accommodated me. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. The waxing itself was relatively low in pain, and the appointment was very quick.However, I felt the service lacked thoroughness. Several areas were not properly gone over, and quite a few hairs were left behind that were definitely long enough. No going over or tweezing to clean up the remain hairs. I value efficiency, I’dhave preferred a more detailed finish.
