A nail has chipped after only one hour ,not an option to go back and get it fixed due to travel. Very disappointing, however not surprised as I have had issues with the same technician in the past. Nails also not filed very even. Atmosphere is always strange when the female receptionist is on, very rude with attitude. Can be very hit and miss in terms of experience, it would be beneficial to let your technicians wear name badges so that customers can book in with who they want to be treated by.
