Firstly, I'd like to say that Anita, the waxing specialist was great as always. In terms of my manicure and pedicure, I've been a bit hesitant to review because I tend to give 5 stars but don't feel it reflects my experience on this occasion. The end result was good but I've noticed a difference in their attention to detail and care since I began coming here 8 months ago. Unlike before, it appears that their focus is on volume of customers as opposed to attention to detail.
