Booked an appointment for Saturday afternoon when I got there the shop was busy and I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment to start. I appreciate it was a Saturday but there was a reason I booked an appointment time and didn't just go in as a walk in like others who and I just made my next appointment elsewhere after the delay.
However once my treatments started my nails were done quickly and look lovely. The pedicure was amazing including the massage chair. I will go back.
