The owner of the salon is the worst EVER, I have never left a bad review for anywhere but this was really bad. I arrived to the salon at 5:02 for my 5:00 appointment and the shop was closed. I tried calling the owner (Love Pemba) no response, even the customer service at Treatwell tried many times to reach out, but no response. So I did not receive any service nor did I get a refund and I had spent £48 for the ‘service’. What a thief!! Avoid this salon and LOVE PEMBA! Save your money people!!!
