Rita was wonderful, so kind and caring, as well as fabulous at her job. I thought I was going to have a panic attack (I'm a very nervous person) and she was incredibly soothing and helped me. It was my first ever lash lift and it went better than I could have hoped - my eyelashes looked amazing, as though I had mascara on! The brow lamination was also my first time and it looked good. I will definitely be going back for another lash lift and will try a facial too. Definitely a 5* experience! A+
