I had hair down to my waist and wanted it cut shorter to be more manageable and am so happy with the result. I felt really comfortable being in the salon and it was very COVID friendly.

The floor where I had my leg wax had hair on it. During my facial it wasn't explained what was actually going to happen during it. I had something sharp dragged down parts of my face which was extremely painful but had no idea why that tool was being used nor was I told it might be painful. There was insects on the floor which I saw during my back facial, and having the area only separated by curtains from the other part of the salon wasn't relaxing at all. Expected much more.

Must say it was the best massage Iāve had in a while. I go for my hair but my first time booking a massage. Filled out a form to describe the type of massage I wanted and got exactly that. Staff were wearing masks so felt comfortable and safe. Thought Iād mention - saw a review about the curtain? Iāll just add the massage is not ābehind a curtainā they are rooms that open up. I think itās part of their scandi vibe? keep in mind when booking this is a salon not a spa. Great experience, thanks.
