Not very happy I doubt I will go back again. False advertisement

So I made an appointment with this place days before lockdown as it was available. Got a message on Instagram on the day from the nail technician saying they have to canc, the business didn’t have the decency to call me. I was told I’d be able to be booked in again as the nail tech wasn’t even in Birmingham for the day, and when I kept asking for an update I was constantly ignored, even though the nail tech kept updating her Instagram so that was really rude. So unprofessional! Never going back

Not the best place to go, pedicurist cancelled on the day prior at 22pm and manicurist came very late for the appointment without any notice.
