I have been to the Fulham salon so when I saw the sister salon on High St Kensington I had to try it - really friendly and relaxed salon in a great location. Colour was exactly what I had asked for and I was supplied with fruit and drinks during my stay. Would recommend.

Very friendly staff and I felt looked after in terms of drinks etc. Right from the start. That being said, my hairdresser didn't get the layers right in the front and her manager had to step in to correct it. Just not what you want to happen especially when it is layers which are relatively straight-forward to cut. I ended up spending an hour and a half for a trim, layers and a quick blow dry. Everyone was very sorry and the manager gave me a voucher for a future treatment which was professional and I appreciated the gesture. Not sure I will go back though.
