Staff barely spoke to me, instead arguing with each other in Italian. My hairdresser then went for a cigarette leaving me sitting and then came back washed my hair without rinsing her hands and stank of smoke. Not pleasant

I booked a blow dry and it needed to last for a few days. Lovely service, great wash and head massage, good blow dry, exactly how I wanted it. It looked great and lasted well.
