I was welcomed by very friendly staff and offered a drink. Then consultation, wash and blow dry. It was lovely. I was there for just over half an hour, this is a very busy salon, too. Giuseppe was superb, a very talented stylist. I wish I'd got more body and SWISH to my hair, but there you go ! I didn't ask for that, so....
