Great location just opposite the tube. However it was so cold in the place that I was really uncomfortable. There was no chatter at all - totally lacking in ambiance and the guy cutting my hair didn't utter a word to me either, which in some circumstances would be nice, but here, it just felt unfriendly. None of this would have mattered if my treatment had been fab, but my blow-dry was no better than i'd have done at home. They need to turn the heating up and at least say a few words to new clients to make them feel at home
