Staff were really friendly and haircut was to good standard, good attention paid to what I wanted and some helpful suggestions made by my hairdresser. Would definitely re-visit!

I booked a mini olaplex treatment and cut and blow dry as a treat after a set of night shifts - sadly I was really disappointed! I arrived at the salon early and was risky told to take a seat- I wasn't offered a drink (it was a really hot day) - I had read really good things about olaplex and was really looking forward to thicker feeling hair- the treatment was not great- the hairdresser used so little of the product it barely wet my (very thin) hair! It was all very slap dash- I expected a little head massage or something slightly more relaxing than having a couple of brushes through with a paint brush. The product (what little there was of it) was left on for too long as the hairdresser had another client. My hair was then washed and cut- the cut was ok but nothing special. I left feeling very unsatisfied and not relaxed at all- I would try olaplex again but at a different salon.
