As much as I wanted to love this place, I had to come back three times to get my hair corrected. All I wanted was an ash brown flombayage and ended up with orange hair. Went back in for a toner that took my hair back basically to its natural colour like nothing had been done.Third time around, I had three different people to whom the last person who put my toner in didn’t even know what colour hair I wanted, which left me with yellow streaks looking worse then my first visit and embarrassed to walk down the street. Despite her trying to convince me that it looked great, overall I wasted a lot of time and money.
On a positive note, Serena who looked after me on my 2nd visit was great. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and planned what would be done on the third visit, unfortunately I was attended to by her other colleagues
