IT WAS A DISASTER! The color I asked for was completely different from the one I ended up with. I went for flambayage and now I have completely blonde/white endings! The middle part is orange and the roots in my natural brown color!!! The fun fact is that I showed them a photograph! I wish I could post the before and after to prove it! The salon refunded my but they never end fixed the problem! They had me to choose either a refund or one more service to fix the problem!!!!! When it comes to the haircut now, the one side was longer than the other...
