I took my mum in for a root touch-up and blow-dry, and we had such a lovely experience! Her hairdresser was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond – she even shared helpful tips on how to keep my mum’s hair healthy and did a little extra straightening to protect the blowout from the rain. While I waited, she offered me tea and biscuits, which was such a thoughtful touch. My mum’s hair looks fantastic, and we felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

The worst haircut in my 42 years of life. I have long hair, and have taken years to grow out layers and keep a cut that was easy. You would think a trim to straight cut hair would be easy, the stylist cut from the back were he shouldn’t have and now it looks horrendous. I regret the moment I booked this place. My regular hairdresser was booked up and decided to try somewhere new thinking it’s a simple trim, but no , he managed to mess it up!! I am furious and hate it, it’s an awful cut!
