I had a great experience. My haircut turned out exactly as I wanted and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. My hairdresser (an Italian woman but unfortunately I forgot her name) was really sweet, offered me coffee and listened very carefully to what I wanted. She didn't try to upsell me any expensive treatments either which is something that often happens.
