Quite disappointed with the haircut today, had a good haircut a couple of months ago - today’s was not good. Booked 1:30-2, and was only in the chair for 12 minutes including getting a wash, felt rushed and not finished/styled as well seemingly taken a chunk of hair out near my left ear. Nothing against the guys working there, perfectly nice, just disappointed with the haircut this time round. Would like to request a refund, please reach out - thanks
