Amazing... Natalie always makes my colour look so natural and she's the only hairdresser I actually enjoy spending 3 hours with! I'm fact, all the staff are so welcoming and friendly that it's well worth the journey from the other side of London.

I really wish the welcome was a bit warm given I’ve been going there for over 2 years now. It really felt like a transaction this time. Their skills and service are great however they can be a bit more customer friendly!
