Nathalie was really nice, she understood immediately what I was asking for, gave me a little head massage while washing my hair. She had a very warm and welcoming approach. I got a glass of water with little biscuits and a pile of magazines on the side. So overall experience was really lovely. I didn't ask for anything special just a basic long straight hair cut but that was performed succesfuly-that's all I can say really :D
