It was a great experience - brilliant! As it always is. Everyone was so attentive and kind. Alessandra was really brilliant - the colour & blow-dry looked fantastic. Everyone is always complimenting me on the colour - only the other day, a friend of mine said that the colour of my hair was amazing. I always feel great when I have been to Lab 61
