A great experience. Michael was fantastic and really listened to what I wanted and his suggestions perfectlyaligned with what I'd said. Everything was just in the right measure: from the water temperature during my wash to the amount of conversation we had. He knows how to let you have a minute to enjoy the salon experience, and knows when to ave a friendly chat. The perfect balance of pampering and efficiency. And he did such a wonderful job with the cut and style - it came out even better than I'd hoped!
