Really hate to leave a negative review as they have always been brilliant but hopefully taken as constructive feedback. I had a gentleman (never seen before) washed my hair as the place was too busy and understaffed. He was obviously inexperienced as he got a lot of soap into my ears which was unpleasant and proceeded to towel dry my hair when there was still shampoo on the back of my head. He also dried my hair and left the back of my hair quite damp. Hope this review is helpful for the team.
