Meryem did the colour brilliantly, and was very attentive to detail, and then Valentina blow dried it and styled it - it looked gorgeous when she had finished and felt so soft and in excellent condition. She also made a brilliant suggestion about what I could have done to enhance my hair colour, which I am going to have done next time - a balayage, to create a natural, highlighted effect!
